U.S. Bank seeks a Product Designer to support the evolution of nCino and Moody's CreditLens product portfolios. You will bridge business stakeholders, tech teams, vendors, and product leaders to enhance the commercial lending experience, drive workflows, and deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, and Workflow Design, working with bankers and credit teams to gather requirements and deliver value across platforms.

Qualificações

• Experience in Product Design, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and supporting Agile delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Support discovery, design, enhancement, and continuous improvement for nCino and CreditLens.
• Partner with stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and vendors to create solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Analyze lending workflows to identify automation, simplification, and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with Moody's and nCino partners on enhancements, upgrades, and integration.
• Support UAT, defect management, and production readiness activities.
