Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Designer to support the evolution of the nCino and Moody's CreditLens portfolios.

The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and product leaders to shape end-to-end commercial lending experiences. You will translate requirements into user stories, collaborate across platforms, and support delivery of enhancements that improve data flow, automation, and operational effectiveness in lending and credit processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product ownership, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and supporting Agile delivery teams.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Support product discovery, design, enhancement, and continuous improvement across both nCino and CreditLens.
• Partner with stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and vendors to understand challenges and develop product solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Analyze lending workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and better user experiences.
• Document business processes and solution designs to support maturity and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Moody's and nCino partners on enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and release readiness.
