Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Designer to support the evolution of the nCino and Moody’s CreditLens product portfolios. The role bridges business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and product leaders to streamline commercial lending workflows and deliver scalable solutions.

You'll work with business partners to understand lending operations, gather requirements, define future processes, and support enhancements that drive value and efficiency across multiple platforms.

• Experience gathering requirements and documenting user stories for Agile delivery

Responsibilities

• Support product discovery, design, enhancement, and continuous improvement across nCino and CreditLens.
• Partner with stakeholders, tech teams, operations, and vendors to identify opportunities and develop product solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and product requirements.
• Analyze end‑to‑end lending workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improved user experience.
• Collaborate with Moody's and nCino partners on platform enhancements and integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support roadmap planning and delivery of strategic initiatives.
