Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience or related discipline.
• Experience in product design, ownership, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and support Agile delivery teams.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and influence.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery, design, and continuous improvement across nCino and CreditLens.
• Translate business needs into user stories, flows and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze lending workflows to identify automation opportunities and improve UX.
• Collaborate with partners to support platform enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist with roadmap planning and UAT.
