U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Designer to support the ongoing evolution of nCino and Moody's CreditLens portfolios. You will bridge business and technology teams, gathering requirements and shaping end‑to‑end commercial lending experiences.

In this role you will drive design work, participate in Agile ceremonies, and help deliver scalable solutions across multiple platforms while focusing on operational efficiency and data integration.

Qualifications

• Product management experience.
• Experience in Product Design, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting user stories, business processes, and supporting Agile delivery teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Support product discovery, design, enhancement, and continuous improvement across both platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders, technology teams, operations partners, and vendors to develop product solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Analyze end‑to‑end lending workflows to identify automation opportunities and improve UX.
• Document business requirements while liaising between business partners and tech teams.
• Collaborate with Moody's and nCino partners to support platform enhancements and integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Assist leadership with roadmap planning and delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Support UAT, defect management, and production readiness activities.
• Contribute to cross‑platform data flow and process integration improvements.
