U.S. Bank in Atlanta is seeking a Product Designer to support the ongoing evolution of the nCino and Moody’s CreditLens portfolios.

This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and product leaders to shape the end-to-end commercial lending experience. You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories and process flows, and collaborate across cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Formación

• Product management experience required.
• Experience in Product Design, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support product discovery, design, enhancement, and continuous improvement across both nCino and Moody's CreditLens.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations partners, and vendors to understand challenges and develop solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Analyze end-to-end commercial lending workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Gather and document business requirements while liaising between business partners and technology teams.
• Collaborate with Moody's and nCino partners to support platform enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and release readiness.
• Assist product leadership with roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production readiness activities.
• Contribute to cross-platform data flow and process integration between CreditLens and nCino.
