U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Designer to advance the nCino and Moody's CreditLens product portfolios. This role bridges business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and product leaders to streamline workflows and deliver scalable lending solutions.

The candidate will work across two platforms, focus on end-to-end lending processes, and support improvements that boost operational effectiveness. Collaboration and curiosity are essential in navigating multi-application workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, design, ownership, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support product discovery, design, enhancement, and continuous improvement across nCino and Moody's CreditLens.
• Partner with stakeholders, tech teams, operations partners, and vendors to develop product solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Analyze end-to-end commercial lending workflows for automation and efficiency.
• Gather and document business requirements as liaison between business and tech teams.
• Collaborate with Moody's and nCino partners on upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Assist leadership with roadmap planning and delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Support UAT, defect management, and production readiness.
