Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead a dynamic team shaping the future of beauty retail experiences across in-store and online touches. You will guide AI-powered, agentic experiences from discovery to education, presenting opportunities where AI meaningfully improves the client journey.

You’ll oversee design across platforms, champion user research, and drive strategic direction for Sephora's digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

5+ years of UX design experience with e-commerce/mobile app design principles and 3+ years of management experience.
Experience shaping and delivering customer-facing AI, ML, personalization or intelligent product experiences.
Expertise in leading product strategy and UX vision, with ability to design workshops and facilitate sessions.

Responsibilities

Lead across a broad, multi-domain portfolio including stores, client service, marketing tech, and account trust and security.
Champion design thinking and innovation; ensure user research informs solutions.
Drive adoption of AI across the design team to create intuitive, trustworthy experiences solving client problems.
Mentor a design team to maintain high quality from sketching to prototyping and deliver consistent results.
Foster cross-functional partnerships with engineering, product, marketing, and operations.
