You will mentor a diverse design team, champion user research, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, and operations to deliver cohesive client-centered experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience in e-commerce and mobile app design.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience leading design teams.
• Experience shaping and delivering AI-driven or intelligent product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across a broad, connected portfolio including discovery, transact, support and trust.
