Job summary

Sephora seeks a Product Design Manager to lead a dynamic team shaping beauty retail experiences across in-store and online channels. You will direct design of AI-powered and agentic experiences, guiding discovery, recommendations, education, and seamless digital-to-physical connections.

You will mentor designers, foster user research, and champion collaboration with engineering, product, marketing, and operations to ensure a cohesive client journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience with a deep understanding of e-commerce and mobile app design principles.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience overseeing design teams.
• Expertise in driving product strategy and user experience vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across a broad, multi-domain portfolio including stores, client service, marketing tech, and account trust and security.
• Champion the adoption of AI across the design team, translating capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy experiences.
• Mentor and develop a team of designers to excel in sketching, prototyping, and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, and operations to ensure a cohesive client journey.
