Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of our AI-driven products, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional value to guests.

You will work closely with engineering, data science, marketing and finance to drive prioritization, governance, and ROI-driven decisions, while staying ahead of AI trends in retail.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with a focus on AI or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies including ML, NLP, computer vision and data analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product development.
• Excellent strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Socialize product vision and progress with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Understand business goals to inform AI-driven improvements and recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch with timely delivery.

• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and monitor product performance.
