Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Product Manager – Guest AI to own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for guest-facing AI initiatives. You will lead on-site and off-site Guest AI experiences, unlock new commerce capabilities, and drive AI-powered touchpoints that boost discovery, engagement, and conversion.

You will also own the Product Feeds Strategy, shaping how product data powers AI experiences and distributed commerce across channels.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of AI concepts (ML, NLP, generative AI) and data-driven product development.
Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization and align stakeholders around a vision.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytics with a data-driven mindset.
Experience in Agile/Scrum product delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Define and own the Guest AI vision, strategy, and multi-phase roadmap aligned to AI priorities and commerce growth.
Drive AI capabilities across on-site and off-site guest engagement at digital touchpoints.
Lead Guest-facing AI initiatives to expand discovery, personalization, and commerce.
Own the Product Feeds Strategy for structured and enriched product data powering AI experiences.
Prioritize AI opportunities with clear problem statements, value hypotheses, and success metrics.
Lead end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch, optimization, and scaling.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Marketing, and Digital Product teams to execute initiatives.
Provide strategic direction across multiple Guest AI initiatives and balance near-term impact with data investments.
