Community Phone Company is seeking a senior product design leader to own the full customer journey across physical, app, web, and AI interactions. You will shape strategy, drive adoption, and partner with engineers to deliver a unified, accessible experience at scale.

You will demonstrate world-class UI/UX, user research excellence, and the ability to influence product direction across teams, with a strong emphasis on ethics, clarity, and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience at scale.
• Demonstrated design leadership and strategic influence.
• Experience improving onboarding and activation for complex multi-surface products.
• World-class UI, UX, and user research skills.
• Excellent taste and humility with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
