Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead AI-enabled, user-centered experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service, and Inventory Optimization tech products. You will guide end-to-end design initiatives from discovery to launch, partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to harness AI-powered design methods.

You will mentor designers, drive scalable design practices, and champion an AI-led design ecosystem aligned to business outcomes.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience with 9+ years in product design.
1+ year of supervisory/management experience.
Experience owning end-to-end product design for complex portfolios from discovery to launch.

Responsibilities

Lead AI-enabled design experiences across multiple platforms from discovery to launch.
Champion AI-led design methodologies and rapid prototyping to accelerate design lifecycle.
Define and track customer experience metrics to support portfolio health.
Partner with product, engineering, data, and customer success to drive business outcomes.
Mentor designers and ensure alignment of design deliverables with product strategy.
Drive long-term vision for AI-assisted design systems and governance.
