Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead a team delivering AI-enabled design experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service and Inventory Optimization products. You will partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align design strategy with business outcomes and scale AI-powered design practices.

You will mentor designers, drive design system governance, and advance a mature AI-led ecosystem—balancing speed with accessibility and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive experience in product design for enterprise, platform, SaaS, digital experiences.
• 1+ year of management experience leading product design teams.
• Experience owning end-to-end product design for complex enterprise portfolios from discovery to launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product designers responsible for AI-enabled product experiences across platforms from discovery to launch.
• Champion AI-led design methodologies, rapid prototyping, and workflow automation to accelerate the design lifecycle.
• Define and track customer experience metrics to inform portfolio health and drive business outcomes.
