Club Demonstration Services in New Jersey is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators, oversee product prep and presentation, provide training and ensure superb service to Club members. You will coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, participate in new location grand openings, and manage events to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor's preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded CPG company or related mix.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support maintenance and development of governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed.
• Achieve defined revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and expense management.
• Improve customer satisfaction/loyalty through better operations.
