Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store product demonstrators. You’ll oversee product prep, training and customer service, ensuring quality demonstrations and strong vendor-to-staff communications.

The role supports new location openings and involves coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators while maintaining high service standards for Costco members.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods setting or similar.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or food environments.
• NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotions and sales.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operations excellence.
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with District Manager on event performance metrics and costs.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through activation and expenses.
