Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager for product demonstrations. You will recruit, hire and supervise in-store demonstrators, oversee product preparation and presentation, and train staff while ensuring superb service to Costco members.

Strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators is essential, including involvement in new location grand openings.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years in client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods or mix of supplier/client-side experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for events, promotions and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures development.
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through activation, strategy and expense management.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through better operations.
