Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Full Time Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store product demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training and presentation, ensuring high service standards for Club members and Costco partnerships.

The role requires strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, and may involve involvement in grand openings at new locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-side, branded, consumer-packaged goods company; or a combination of supplier-side and client-side experience.
• NEHA Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer services.
• Communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
