Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, train and supervise in-store product demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation and presentation, training, and ensure excellent customer service for Club members.

You’ll coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, including new location openings. CDS is the Costco in-house event marketing provider, offering rotating full-time benefits and a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-side, branded, consumer-packaged goods company or a mix of supplier- and client-side experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities for successful events, promotions, and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence.
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and costs.
