The role requires a passion for customer service, extensive product knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in customer service, automotive, or hospitality or related field preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; valid driver’s license.
• Experience using POS and CRM software preferred.
• 21 years of age or older; High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Engage with Rivian customers to create personalized experiences including demos and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives, including events, product deep-dives, and community activities.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and complete required training.
• Utilize POS and CRM tools to generate leads and improve customer experience.
• Handle day-to-day operations, events, space upkeep, and displays.
• Uphold premium retail and vehicle presentation standards.
