Rivian is seeking a Product Guide IV in West Henrietta, NY to be the face of the brand, delivering engaging experiences from initial contact to vehicle delivery. You will cultivate connections with our community and elevate the customer experience through intuitive, helpful interactions.

The role requires 4+ years in customer-facing environments, strong knowledge of POS and CRM, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer service, automotive, or hospitality preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; travel may be required.
• POS and CRM experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Sales/notary/food handling licenses may be required within 90 days, if applicable.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate products through demos and customer deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives including demand and lead generation, product deep-dives, and events.
• Maintain up-to-date brand and product knowledge through training.
• Utilize POS and CRM to generate leads and enhance customer experience.
• Handle day-to-day operations including event support, space upkeep, and displays.
• Uphold premium retail, hospitality, and vehicle presentation standards.
• Take on additional projects as assigned by leadership.
