Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Supervisor, Product Complaints to oversee a team handling product complaint investigations, ensuring workload balance and performance management. You will guide staff on day-to-day activities to maintain investigation consistency and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining investigative quality, driving process improvements, generating reports, and supporting audits. Travel up to 10% may be required as part of stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the medical device or pharma industry, with product complaints, non-conformances, CAPAs, or similar activities involving root cause analysis.
• Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigation quality and ensure adherence to Medline's standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead initiatives to improve complaint handling quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Generate reports and analyze complaint data to meet business needs.
• Engage with internal and external customers to address inquiries and guide procedures.
• Support internal and external audits related to complaint management and compliance.
• Manage daily team operations, allocating resources and ensuring compliance goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to support business objectives.
• Drive results through clear expectations, performance evaluation, and feedback.
