Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a quality assurance support specialist to assist the division with complaint investigation, resolution, and reporting. You will help with routine product evaluations, set basic quality standards for in-process and finished product inspections, and support the QA team in testing, documentation, and supplier qualification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Math or related technical field is required.
• Experience prioritizing details and drawing clear conclusions.
• Strong time management to meet multiple project deadlines.
• Problem solving to reach positive solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Position may require up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer and sales force complaints and ensure timely closure.
• Issue replacements, credits, or RGA’s and notify customers of results.
• Run monthly or quarterly complaint trend reports per SOP.
• Coordinate stock checks and rework of products in response to complaints.
• Identify actions to prevent further complaints and ensure corrective actions.
• Coordinate or perform inspections of new products or vendors at branches/factories.
• Build product documentation (e.g., Device Master Records) for regulatory compliance.
• Create and maintain inspection procedures.
