Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical device or pharma, experience with product complaints, CAPAs and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP.
• Position may require up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigation quality and ensure adherence to Medline’s standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in initiatives to improve the complaint handling process for quality and efficiency.
• Generate reports and analyze complaint data per business needs.
• Engage with internal and external customers, clarify processes, and provide guidance on procedures.
• Support audits related to complaint management and compliance.
