Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Principal Product Analyst to perform advanced quantitative analysis on P&C products and guide product strategy through data-driven insights. The role leads complex projects, mentors analysts, and collaborates with Product and Actuarial teams.

Responsibilities include driving data strategy, developing workflows, and presenting findings to executives to shape PEMCO's initiatives and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytical experience in corporate roles with pricing insurance products.
• Strong SQL, data manipulation, and data modeling skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with data warehousing and large data files from multiple sources.
• Ability to present complex findings clearly to stakeholders and execs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex quantitative analysis of property and casualty products to drive performance.
• Represent Product in cross-functional projects and influence strategy with analytics.
• Lead development of data strategy, warehousing, and analytics processes.
• Mentor analysts, sharing best practices and improving team skills.
• Present data visualizations and insights to executives to guide decisions.
