Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Principal Product Analyst to conduct complex quantitative analysis of property & casualty products to improve performance and support PEMCO's product initiatives. As a principal level role, this position helps shape product strategy through data analysis and guides product development with analytical insights.

Represent Product in cross-functional projects, lead large-scale analyses, and mentor analysts.

Qualifications

• S degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or other quantitative field is required.
• 10+ years of corporate analytical experience with pricing insurance products or similar.
• Experience integrating and manipulating large data files from diverse sources.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, SQL Server, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses to evaluate product performance and health against targets.
• Shape product strategy through data insights and support development with analytical findings.
• Present analyses and visuals to stakeholders and executives clearly and persuasively.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to PEMCO's data strategy and warehousing.
