Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry is required.
• 3+ years of experience in analytical roles pricing insurance products or similar work is required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook is required.
• Experience in SQL and SQL Server is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage expectations and prioritize own workload; communicate status.
• Perform semi-complex analyses to evaluate product performance and identify trends.
• Document system workflows and business processes.
• Contribute to strategies for profitable growth using data.
• Query databases to generate scheduled and ad hoc reports.
• Assist in product and rating reviews; plan and manage small to medium projects.
