PEMCO is seeking a Principal Product Analyst to perform advanced quantitative analyses of property & casualty products and guide product strategy with actionable insights. You will lead cross-functional data projects, mentor analysts, and shape data warehousing practices to drive healthier product performance.

The role requires 10+ years in analytics, expert SQL, data visualization, and strong communication to executives. Occasional travel to the Seattle HQ is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate analytical roles with pricing insurance products or similar.
• Experience integrating and manipulating large data from multiple sources.
• Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex quantitative analysis to improve product performance.
• Represent Product in cross-functional projects and data strategy discussions.
• Present data visualizations to stakeholders and executives.
• Mentor junior analysts and develop best practices in data warehousing.
• Develop and document complex workflows and data processes.
