Job summary

PEMCO seeks a Principal Product Analyst to drive advanced quantitative analysis for property & casualty products. The role shapes product strategy through data insights and leads cross-functional projects, with responsibility for data strategy, warehousing improvements, and mentorship of analysts.

As a thought leader, you will guide complex analyses, present insights to executives, and manage large-scale initiatives with PEMCO’s actuarial and product teams.

Qualifications

• S. degree or equivalent work experience in quantitative fields is required.
• Graduate or other professional degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• 10+ years in corporate analytical roles with pricing experience in insurance or similar.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex quantitative analysis to evaluate product performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a thought leader for complex and ambiguous business questions.
• Represent Product in cross-functional projects and data strategy development.
• Mentor analysts and develop best practices in data warehousing and tooling.
• Communicate analysis clearly to stakeholders and executives.
