PEMCO, a mutual insurance company, is seeking a Product Analyst to support PEMCO's product initiatives by performing analyses with Product Managers and Actuaries. You will identify trends, generate insights, and help in rate/form filings while building scalable dashboards and data models.

The role requires 1 year in P&C insurance and 3+ years in analytical roles, with strong Excel and data visualization skills. Occasional travel to the Seattle headquarters is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry is required
• 3+ years of experience in analytical roles pricing insurance products or similar work is required
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau) preferred
