You will train staff, manage stock, and uphold health, safety, and regulatory standards while delivering courteous, efficient service to customers and colleagues. This role requires at least 12 months of retail experience and physical ability to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to train and develop Team Members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of Produce procedures and policies.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and relevant applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members.
• Trains Team Members with learning materials and checklists.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and rotated.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Ensures appropriate breaks and schedules.
• Communicates concerns to Team Leader/Associate Team Leader.
• Demonstrates high standards of retail execution and teamwork.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and assists customers.
