Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Scottsdale seeks a Produce Team Member Supervisor to assist with scheduling and supervising Team Members, and manage daily department flow. Maintains attractive Produce, coffee, and juice displays, supporting the Produce Team Leader to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members.
• Trains Team Members with trainer materials to build a high-performance team.
• Assists in training new Team Members using checklists.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and rotated.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Ensures breaks are given as required.
• Communicates team concerns to leaders.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters positive teamwork and morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and directs staff to satisfy customers.
• Trains, mentors, and counsels Team Members to minimize turnover.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
• Models WFM vision and goals.
