Qualifications

• Retail experience with leadership responsibilities is required.
• Food safety certification required or commitment to obtain within 6 months.
• Advanced knowledge of products, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to teach others in a constructive manner.
• Strong math for assessing profitability and inventory.

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for outstanding customer service.

• Makes hiring and separation decisions.
• Monitors and achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets.

• Directs team to meet customer needs and questions promptly.
• Trains, develops, mentors, and counsels Team Members to reduce turnover.
