Job summary

You will manage stock, coach staff, and coordinate with the Produce Trainer to build a high-performance team while maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members.
• Trains Team Members with the Produce Trainer to build a high-performance team.
• Assists in training new Team Members using checklists and materials.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and properly rotated.
• Opens and closes department according to procedures.
• Ensures all breaks are given.
• Communicates concerns to Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and directs staff to delight customers.
• Selects, trains, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members to sustain performance.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
• Communicates and models WFM vision and goals.
