Qualifications

• Provide supervision and development for Produce Team Members.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Produce procedures and store policies.
• Capable of teaching others in a positive, constructive manner.
• Knowledge of food safety, regulatory policies, and inventory control.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members.
• Works with Produce Trainer to train and retain a high-performance team.
• Assists in training new Team Members using learning checklists.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and rotated.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Ensures breaks are provided.
• Communicates team concerns to leadership.
• Sets high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters teamwork and positive morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and needs.
