Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Produce Team member to support receiving, preparing, stocking, and displaying fresh produce while upholding WFM standards. You will assist in breaking down deliveries, maintaining clean displays, and delivering courteous service to customers and teammates in a fast-paced setting.

Key duties include organizing displays, preventing spoilage, completing required worksheets, and providing proactive service.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds as part of the physical requirements.
• Commitment to customer service and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and front-faced.
• Assists with displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to leadership.
• Completes required worksheets for spoilage, temperature, and sweep.
• Provides excellent customer service and handles phone calls promptly.
• Ensures proper signage and pricing and reports safety hazards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
