Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Team Member to support the Produce team by receiving and preparing product, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays to uphold WFM standards.

The role emphasizes courteous customer service and fast, accurate stocking and merchandising in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include breaking down deliveries, inventory checks, and assisting with year-round promotions while following health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors and prevents spoilage and communicates waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and shift supervisor.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives to work station on time, groomed, dressed and ready to work; attends required trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; maintains equipment per standards.
