Job summary

Whole Foods Market seeks a Produce Team member to support receiving, preparing, stocking, and displaying products while upholding WFM standards. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient customer service and adherence to health and safety regulations.

You will help with deliveries, break down items, and provide ongoing maintenance of the Produce floor, aiming to promote fresh, high-quality displays and a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and front-facing.
• Organizes and displays volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leads.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time and participates in required trainings and meetings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products to maximize sales.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
