Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Member to support the Produce team by receiving and preparing product, stocking shelves, and maintaining attractive displays. You will assist with deliveries, front-facing tasks, and customer interactions while upholding health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and stocked.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and shift supervisor.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time and ready to work; completes all scheduled shifts and trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintains clean and safe working/shopping environment and accurate pricing signs.
• Follows health, sanitation, and Weights & Measures procedures.
• Reports safety hazards and works under overall store standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
