Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Produce Team Member to support the department through receiving, prepping, stocking, and displaying products to meet WFM standards. You will help break down deliveries, ensure a clean, safe environment, and deliver courteous service to customers and Team Members.

Responsibilities include maintaining fresh displays, assisting with seasonal items, and upholding health and safety regulations while promoting a positive store image.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to learn about products in department, including produce and organic options.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fresh, appealing produce displays and rotate stock.
• Support Team Leader with arranging seasonal items and displays.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Complete required worksheets for spoilage, temperature, and audits.
• Assist with inventory checks and daily opening/closing duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
