Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Produce Team Member to support the Produce team by receiving and preparing product, maintaining the Produce floor and displays, and selling product to uphold WFM standards.

You will break down deliveries, stock shelves, and help maintain health and safety regulations while delivering courteous, friendly service to customers and Team Members at all times.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh and appealing displays by front-facing, restocking, rotating and checking codes.
• Assists with organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to stakeholders.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, groomed, ready to work and attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation and merchandising.
