Whole Foods Market is seeking a Produce Team Member to support receiving, preparing, stocking, and merchandising produce to meet WFM standards. You will help maintain the floor, assist customers, and execute duties across opening, mid, and closing shifts while upholding safety and cleanliness guidelines.

The role emphasizes proactive selling, strong teamwork, and rapid adaptation to a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering quality customer experiences and product integrity.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a fresh, appealing display by stocking cases and front-facing products.
• Assists with organizing and displaying seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to team leads.
• Completes worksheets for spoilage, temperature, and sweeps.
• Participates in periodic inventory checks.
• Provides courteous customer service and answers phones promptly.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work and shopping areas.
• Reports safety hazards and follows health regulations.
