Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Produce Team Member to support the Produce department by receiving and preparing product, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays in line with WFM standards.

The role involves breaking down deliveries, ensuring a clean display, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean and well stocked through front-facing and rotation.
• Assists with organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to team leads.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
