Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Produce Team Member to support receiving, preparing, stocking, and displaying produce in line with WFM standards. You will help break down deliveries, maintain the Produce floor, and assist customers with friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, front-facing shelves, and accurate pricing. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail; excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean and well stocked; front-facing; checks codes; rotates stock.
• Assists with organizing and displaying seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Completes required worksheets for spoilage, temperature, and sweep procedures.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Provides courteous, friendly service and answers phones promptly; uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Ensures proper merchandising, signs, and pricing; maintains clean working environment.
