Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations of the Produce Department.
• Maintain quality, merchandising, cleanliness and inventory of produce.
• Coach and develop team members; participate in performance reviews.
• Attend store meetings; assist in hiring and promotions decisions with Store Manager.
• Schedule staffing and ensure productivity; adjust staffing as needed.
• Communicate standards, policies, and product knowledge to staff.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality product and exceptional customer service.
• Act as MOD when needed and participate in store leadership duties.
