This role requires effective team leadership, strong communication, and a passion for fresh produce, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic store environment and drive performance

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of grocery retail management experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control, merchandising and cleanliness of the produce department.
• Manage inventory and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on promotions and staffing.
• Lead the MOD or Key Carrier duties as needed.
