Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Produce Manager to lead the Produce Department with a focus on quality, customer service, and efficient operations. You will oversee inventory, staffing, coaching, and merchandising to deliver the best produce experience for customers.

The role requires 1–3 years of grocery retail management in produce, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours. This is a full-time, on-site position in Centennial, CO.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with 1–3 years grocery retail management experience in produce
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks daily
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations of the Produce Department
• Ensure quality control, merchandising, cleanliness, and organization of the department
• Manage inventory and staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Lead by coaching, giving feedback, and conducting development discussions
• Attend store meetings and participate in promotions and merchandising decisions
• Recruit, hire, promote, and collaborate with Store Manager on personnel actions
