Responsibilities

  • Supervise Administrative Unit staff and assist with project management.
  • Perform analyses, prepare reports and presentations of tracking metrics.
  • Audit documents to ensure contract compliance.
  • Create procurement documents including reviews and awards.
  • Issue contract releases and track expenditures/encumbrances.
  • Support process improvements, systems, and budget tracking.
