Qualifications

• Experience in procurement transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiate complex agreements.
• Strong project management skills, including planning and execution.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Procurement Transformation Manager (CEMI) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead high-impact procurement modernization efforts that improve efficiency, strengthen supplier collaboration, and support broader operational goals across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong procurement transformation experience, with a focus on cross-functional execution, process improvement, and measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and technology providers to drive change and advance AI-enabled purchasing capabilities.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $121,763 – $148,821 annually

Responsibilities
